9Router is a gateway between coding tools and AI providers. It routes requests through one OpenAI-compatible endpoint covering chat, embeddings, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, image generation, vision, video generation, web search, and web fetch.
Tools connect by pointing to localhost:20128 after installing with npm and connecting providers with OAuth or API keys. It includes three-tier fallback when quota runs out, format translation between OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini formats, multi-account failover, and real-time quota and usage tracking.
