These terms set out the rules for using WebIndexly, submitting websites and reusing our content.

1. Using WebIndexly #

You may browse, search and share WebIndexly freely for personal and business purposes. Please don't:

  • systematically harvest or copy the directory without permission, or send traffic that disrupts the service;
  • submit spam or misleading listings;
  • try to break, probe or bypass the site's security;
  • use the site for anything illegal.

Automated use

Individual submissions must be reviewed and approved by a person. Unattended or bulk account creation and website submissions require our written permission. Accessibility tools, autofill and AI-assisted drafting are welcome when a person individually reviews and approves what is sent.

Bots and AI agents must not create accounts or send unattended or bulk submissions without our written permission. Do not bypass verification, request limits, moderation or access controls, including by using multiple accounts or rotating addresses to evade a restriction.

Legitimate search engines may crawl public pages for ordinary indexing and search results, subject to our crawl instructions and reasonable request rates. This permission does not allow reproducing or redistributing our directory. Normal browsing and linking remain welcome.

We may temporarily limit repeated requests, reject submissions or suspend accounts used for abuse. If a check prevents a genuine submission, contact [email protected] so we can review it. Submitting a website does not guarantee publication.

2. Third-party websites #

WebIndexly links to websites we don't own or control. We're not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or what they charge. Visiting them is at your own risk, and their own terms apply.

3. Accuracy #

We work to keep listings accurate, but details such as pricing, features and availability change. Information is provided as is, without guarantees. Always check important details, especially pricing and licensing, on the website itself.

4. What you send us #

When you submit a website, upload images or send a correction, you confirm that:

  • the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and
  • you have the right to share the text and images you upload.

You give WebIndexly a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, edit, resize and display that content as part of the directory. We may edit or decline any submission.

5. Our content #

Without our written permission, do not copy, republish, sell or redistribute original articles, descriptions, images or other material that WebIndexly owns or controls. Do not systematically extract or redistribute the directory, including through repeated small collections that recreate a substantial part of it.

Short quotations with attribution and a link back are welcome. These rules do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law. We do not claim ownership of public facts, third-party website addresses, names, logos or trademarks. Third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights.

6. Liability #

To the extent the law allows, WebIndexly isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or any website listed on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

7. Changes #

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
