About Bridge Command
Bridge Command is an interactive 3D ship and radar simulator for navigation, radar, ship handling and seamanship training. It simulates radar in real time with gain and clutter controls, parallel indexes and ARPA contact tracking, and allows configuration of ships, buoys, the environmental model and individual scenarios.
It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux on a single computer without additional devices, with optional physical controls, trainer control of scenarios from a second computer, and panoramic display across multiple screens using multiple computers. It is distributed under General Public Licence version 2, while included ship models require author permission for use outside Bridge Command.
