About DataGURU
DataGURU is a web tool for acquiring, re-gridding and converting environmental and climate data. Users sign in to get data from publicly available or shared datasets, and they can browse available datasets and featured datasets such as NCEP R.I and LPJ-GUESS LAI.
Users can also add their own dataset and share it with collaborators or the public. Recent updates include the addition of the ERA5-Land dataset in October 2025 and support for geological timescales outside the Common Era. Dropbox download links were suspended in March 2023. The tool is not open source. Pricing is unknown.
