Hover.css is a collection of CSS3-powered hover effects for links, buttons, logos, SVG, featured images and other elements. Effects are grouped into 2D transitions, background transitions, icons, border transitions, shadow and glow transitions, speech bubbles, and curls, and are provided in CSS, Sass, and LESS.
All effects use a single element, with pseudo-elements where necessary, and are self-contained for copying and modifying. Many effects use transitions, transforms and animations, which old browsers without support may need fallback attention for.
