Karakeep
Collect links, notes, and images in Karakeep, a self-hostable app with automatic AI tagging and full-text search.

About Karakeep
Karakeep is an open-source, self-hostable app for saving links, notes, and images. According to its repository README, it was formerly known as Hoarder. It fetches link titles, descriptions, and images automatically, and it sorts saved items into lists that can be shared with others.
The app adds search and organization on top of saving. It offers full-text and semantic search, LLM-based automatic tagging and summarization (with support for local models through Ollama), and a rule-based engine for managing items. The README also lists browser extensions, iOS and Android apps, and RSS-based saving. A public demo is available, but it is read-only and seeded with sample content.
