About Law Archive
Law Archive is a free online archive of working papers, preprints, and fully published papers focusing on legal scholarship. It was developed in 2023 and launched in 2024 by the Lillian Goldman Law Library at Yale Law School with the Center for Open Science, with papers hosted on the Open Science Framework Preprints server.
Authors submit through "Submit a Paper" and submissions go through pre-moderation for law-related scholarly content. Accepted papers receive a DOI and persistent URL and are indexed by Google Scholar. Submissions must be in English and in searchable text format, and approved papers generally cannot be withdrawn, though files can be updated.
