About Libre Camera

Libre Camera is a free and open-source camera app for Android, written in Flutter and Dart and licensed under GPLv3. It takes pictures and records videos with the front and rear cameras, with settings for focus, exposure, flash modes, zoom, capture timer, image format, compression, resolution, and video frame rate.

By default it does not save EXIF metadata in pictures, with an option to enable it in settings. It is available from F-Droid and as an APK from the GitHub releases page; the two versions are not compatible with each other and switching requires reinstalling the app.
