About Open Data Tallinn
Open Data Tallinn is a universal HTTP API for querying Tallinn city open data. Clients send GET requests to the /data/ endpoint, specifying a dataset table and optionally choosing columns, applying SQL WHERE-style filters, ordering results, and paging through output. The datasets themselves are documented and published on the Estonian Open Data Portal, which the API page references. Use of the service is subject to two stated limits: 5 concurrent requests and a maximum query timeout of 20 seconds.
