Ossietzky is a German-language fortnightly journal covering politics, culture and economics. It was founded in 1997 by Eckart Spoo and other publicists, many formerly with the Weltbühne, is named after Carl von Ossietzky, and is edited by Rainer Butenschön, Daniela Dahn, Rolf Gössner, Ulla Jelpke and Otto Köhler. Issues appear every two weeks in a plain text format without glossy paper, color printing or pictures.
