About Pomatez

Pomatez is a desktop Pomodoro timer application that runs focus and break sessions using rules you can adjust to your own preferences. It adds a built-in task list for tracking todos, special breaks for fixed times such as lunch or dinner, and desktop notifications in NONE, NORMAL or EXTRA modes, with an optional male voice announcing session events. Strict mode can prevent pausing, skipping or resetting a timer once it has started, and a full-screen break option occupies the desktop to discourage working through breaks. Installers are offered for Windows 7+ x64, macOS 10.10+, and Linux via .deb, .AppImage, .rpm or Snap Store. The homepage notes that a mobile version is in the works, and lists customizable shortcuts, a productivity report, a time extender and a tasks database as features it wants to provide.
