The Tor Project provides software for browsing privately and resisting tracking and surveillance.
Status
Status combines private messaging with a Web3 wallet and browser, presenting communication and decentralized finance tools in one app.

About Status
Status combines messaging, a crypto wallet and browsing in one app. Messaging includes end-to-end encryption, metadata privacy, and use without a phone number or email. The wallet can send, swap and bridge tokens, show a multi-chain token list synced from DEXes and NFTs listed on external platforms, and buy crypto through external on-ramp partners.
Token-gated communities are included, but the site states they are powered exclusively by members running the desktop app. A portfolio tracker is offered as a Chrome extension in beta, and hardware wallet use is supported through Keycard.
