About surge
Surge publishes static websites and client-side apps to a CDN from the command line. Users install the CLI with npm and run surge in a project directory to publish to a surge.sh subdomain or a custom domain via CNAME.
It supports pushState for single-page apps, custom 404.html pages, and cross-origin resource support. It works with Grunt, Gulp, npm scripts, Git hooks, Jekyll, static site generators, and CI services, and collaborators can be added through the CLI.
