About Timeline Cascade

Markwhen is a Markdown-like language for writing things that happen over time, such as logs, journals, diaries, notes, to-dos, Gantt charts, timelines, calendars, feeds and blogs. Entries written in the language can be rendered as JSON, a timeline, a calendar or a oneview display. The parser issues a warning when no timezone is set in the header, where specifying one is recommended.

The Meridiem editor for Markwhen and Markdown adds collaborative editing, autocomplete, snippets, custom commands, event highlighting and custom visualizations. Markwhen also has a VS Code extension, an Obsidian plugin and a command-line tool, and the Remark.ing site presents each Markwhen entry as a tweet-like remark. Pricing is not stated on the homepage.
