About Toho Gakuen College Repository
The Toho Gakuen College Repository is the online catalog of the Toho Gakuen School of Music Library, which is attached to Toho Gakuen University. The Japanese-language site lets users search the library's holdings, with simple and advanced search options. Search fields include spellings of composer, performer, and major publisher names. The site also lists library notices, new arrivals, a circulation ranking, and calendars of closures and changed hours for the Sengawa, Chofu, and Toyama libraries.
In-person use requires advance reservation, and the site provides a reservation form for people outside the school. Visitors are directed to the Sengawa library. The Chofu library limits in-person use to members of the music department. The notices section also reports temporary closures and service problems, such as an access issue with a music streaming service and a restriction during air-conditioning repairs.
