About trovu.net
trovu.net is a web search command line that lets you search more than 1,000 websites by typing short codes in the browser. Each shortcut points to a specific site or function, such as g for Google, w for Wikipedia, yt for YouTube, or gfl for Google Flights queries.
You can add typed arguments to refine a search, for example departure and return details for flights, or language versions such as French Wikipedia. Shortcuts are organized by namespaces and tags, country, and language, and you can create your own shortcuts. It can be used in a browser, on a smartphone, or with Raycast, and there are extensions for Chrome and Firefox.
It suits people who often search the same sites and want to type short commands instead of opening each site separately, including users comfortable with command-line style input.
