Ampache
Ampache streams and manages music and video collections through a web interface, with access from internet-enabled devices.

About Ampache
Ampache is a web based audio and video streaming application and file manager. It lets you store your music and video collection in one catalog on a server and access it from anywhere using an internet-enabled device. The project is free and open source under the AGPLv3 license.
You can browse and manage your collection through a web interface and synchronize local and remote catalogs. You can stream music to your preferred player, control playback with Localplay, or listen directly in the browser with an HTML5 player. The same catalog can be used over its native API, Subsonic and OpenSubsonic, a Jellyfin-compatible backend, DAAP, and UPnP/DLNA, so different client apps can connect to one server. The catalog also holds videos, scheduled podcasts, and live radio streams, with collections, moods, BPM tags, and smart playlists for organization.
It suits people who keep their own media files and want web and multi-device access to them, including on phones, tablets, and televisions.
