About BasicOps

BasicOps is a web workplace that combines projects, tasks, documents, files and chat in one connected place. Each project, task, note and file has its own discussion thread, and users can search across projects, tasks, notes and messages and link them together.

Teams can add AI agents as named members with a role and scoped permissions, mention them, assign them tasks, and add them to projects. Agent actions appear in shared activity history for review and can be rolled back. External agents connect over MCP, and the service lists integrations with tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, GitHub and Trello.
