Laminar provides open-source observability tools designed for applications built with AI agents.
Entroly
Entroly reduces AI context size with reversible compression and receipts for recovering the original content.

About Entroly
Entroly is an open-source, local-first layer for AI coding tools that selects evidence within a token budget and applies reversible compression. Each reduction produces a receipt recording what was kept, what was omitted and why, with a handle to recover the original bytes. It works through a proxy, MCP, SDK, or agent wrapper without replacing the model or agent architecture. Exact recovery requires the referenced local store and source bytes to remain available and does not guarantee answer quality; input-cost reduction depends on workload and provider cache and applies when requests go through an Entroly-controlled route.
Key features
- Selects evidence within a token budget
- Reversible compression with byte-exact recovery
- Receipts recording kept, omitted content and reasons
- Content-addressed recovery from local store
- Operates via proxy, MCP, SDK or agent wrapper
- Runs locally with verify-claims and simulate commands
- Open-source and local-first design
- Reductions are reversible with auditable receipts
- Trial commands run locally without an API key
- Exact recovery requires the referenced store and source bytes to remain available
- Cost reduction depends on workload and provider cache
- MCP-only tools can be skipped; proxy intercepts only routed traffic
