Foqos
Foqos uses NFC tags or QR codes to lock selected apps and help users manage screen time.

About Foqos
Foqos is a free, open-source iOS app and website blocker that uses Apple's Screen Time API to restrict access to selected apps and domains. It lets users create custom blocking profiles for routines like work, study, or bedtime, and choose which apps and sites to block. Users can start and stop blocking sessions via in-app controls, NFC tags, QR or barcode scans, timers, or iOS Shortcuts. The app requires no account, has no tracking, ads, or subscription fees, and stores all user data locally on the device with no cloud sync.
