Fraidycat follows people across the platforms they use, with versions listed as a desktop app or Firefox and Chrome extension.

About Fraidycat
Fraidycat is a desktop app or browser extension for Firefox or Chrome that collects updates from people you follow across different platforms, such as Twitter, blogs, YouTube, and public TiddlyWiki pages. Instead of a conventional news feed, its main page shows a list of recently active follows, each with a short two-line summary that can be expanded to show recent titles or excerpts.
Follows can be grouped by tag and assigned an importance level from real-time to yearly, which sets how often Fraidycat checks each one. Less frequently checked follows move off the main page so they can be reviewed periodically. Follows sync between computers when you are logged in to your browser.
