About FreeMoCap

FreeMoCap is free markerless motion capture software that records full-body 3D movement of humans, animals, robots and other objects without physical markers. Users set up two or more webcams, GoPros or smartphones, calibrate by waving a printed ChArUco board in view of all cameras, then record synchronized footage through the interface or import offline videos for later processing.

A local processing engine converts video into 3D data, with output in CSV, FBX and .blend files among others. The project describes CPU-based operation and on-machine processing, and notes that hands-on help and custom solutions are offered as separate professional services.
