About growth-lab
Growth Lab is an open-source repository from tsingyuai for running product growth work through natural-language sessions. It uses Codex or Claude Code as its application runtime, with skills that describe growth methods, collectors and executors that carry out outside actions, and the file system as long-term memory. Each capability works as an observe-act-review loop with its own persistent memory that accumulates operational data, analyses, action results and suggested next steps for the following cycle.
Current capabilities cover SEO page growth, Xiaohongshu content collection, hit-content research, creation, image generation, card rendering, compliance checks and review of publishing results, plus WeChat official account long-form writing, draft syncing and controlled publishing. Xiaohongshu publishing remains a human step, and WeChat content is created as a draft by default. Numbers the project reports, such as new SEO pages indexed within 1-2 days or a Xiaohongshu post with 4000+ likes/favorites, come from its own runs and depend on the product, domain, search demand, page quality, site authority and observation window. Configuration requires external credentials, and the repository does not ship private product material, samples, generated artifacts or operational memory.

How do I start using Growth Lab?
Clone the repository, open the directory with Codex or Claude Code, then ask the agent what it can do or describe the growth outcome you want.
Where is my product data stored?
Product material, operational data, memory and generated artifacts stay in the user's own workspace. Third-party clients and login sessions are kept outside the repository, and keys, cookies and authentication profiles are not written into Memory.
Does it publish content automatically?
Xiaohongshu publishing remains human-driven. WeChat content is created as a draft by default; automatic publishing requires an environment switch, per-post approval and an explicit command.
