About JPool

JPool is a web and Android app for liquid staking on Solana. Users stake SOL and receive JSOL, a token that can be used in DeFi while staking rewards accumulate. JSOL is non-rebasing, so the token balance stays the same and its exchange rate rises each epoch as rewards are distributed across the pool. The app also covers validator analytics, stake distribution, and DeFi strategies that use JSOL.

Users can unstake either instantly, by swapping JSOL back to SOL through liquidity pools, or through a delayed unstake that completes at the end of an epoch. Validators are chosen automatically by a Smart Delegation Strategy that allocates stake across three groups: Direct Stake Matching (45%), Community Good (30%), and Performance (25%). JPool states that it charges no management fees for liquid staking, and the only cost is the standard Solana transaction fee.
