About Kedro-Viz

Kedro-Viz is an open-source interactive development tool for visualising Kedro data and machine learning pipelines and tracking experiments. It is most commonly used as a Kedro plugin, launched with kedro viz run, which serves the interface at http://127.0.0.1:4141/ and opens a browser tab. A standalone React component is also available for embedding the visualisation in a web application.

The visualisation covers a Kedro project and its pipelines, with filtering and search, a focus mode for modular pipelines, and a metadata side panel for parameters and plots. Command-line options set the host, port, pipeline and Kedro environment, and results can be loaded from or saved to a directory. Supported Python, Kedro and Kedro-datasets versions must match the project's versions as listed in the compatibility table, and the --lite flag for opening Kedro-Viz without Kedro project dependencies is experimental.
