libfolia
libfolia provides a C++ library for processing data in the FoLiA format.

About libfolia
libfolia is a C++ library for working with the Format for Linguistic Annotation (FoLiA). It provides a high-level API to read, manipulate, and create FoLiA documents, and is a dependency for other FoLiA-based tools such as ucto, frog, and foliautils.
It is tested to compile with GCC above 4.9 or Clang on Intel Linux, macOS X 10.10 or higher, and FreeBSD, and requires dependencies including ticcutils, libxml2, and libicu to build from source. An API reference or tutorial is currently lacking.
