LibSVM
Support vector classification and regression are available in LIBSVM, an integrated software tool.

About LibSVM
LIBSVM is software for support vector classification, regression and distribution estimation. It covers C-SVC and nu-SVC classification, epsilon-SVR and nu-SVR regression, one-class SVM, and multi-class classification with multiple kernel types including a precomputed kernel matrix.
The package provides C++ and Java source code, a program for scaling training data, and interfaces for languages including Python, R, MATLAB and others. It includes cross validation, probability estimates, weighted SVM for unbalanced data, and scripts for scaling and parameter selection. The grid.py parameter-selection tool requires separate Python and gnuplot installs, and additional functions are provided through separate LIBSVM tools extensions.
