About lookimg
Lookimg is a free image hosting service for photos, screenshots and GIFs. Users upload files in PNG, JPG, GIF or BMP format, up to 20 MB each, and receive links they can share on forums, blogs, social media and chat. The site says it has been free since 2016 and describes it as having no paywall, premium tier or upload fees. Its homepage states that donations cover the cost of the single dedicated server, storage and bandwidth.
After uploading, users can copy a viewer page link, a direct link, a frame link, a thumbnail or medium-size link, or embed codes in HTML, Markdown or BBCode. Uploads can be organized into albums and managed from a personal gallery. The Lookimg API is available for automating uploads. Uploading requires a free account, according to the homepage.
