Mail.td provides temporary email inboxes for receiving messages. Each mailbox is protected by a password, and mailboxes are receive-only, so they can take in mail but cannot send it. Free mailboxes keep each message for 1 hour. Pro keeps each message for 7 days, then deletes it automatically. Custom premium domains, the API, and mailbox password reset are listed as premium features.
The service is intended for developers and businesses that receive email at volume. Accounts that are not accessed at least once every 3 months are deleted, except for active Pro subscriptions. Forgotten mailbox passwords cannot be recovered, because the server stores only a derived key. Only Pro users can reset a mailbox password from the console. Free History is stored only on the current device, while Pro History syncs to the cloud for access across devices.
