About Manager
Optiscaler-Client is a desktop utility for installing, managing, and updating the OptiScaler mod across a game library. It scans supported store libraries, allows adding games from custom folders or executables, and provides per-game install and uninstall with backup and restore of original files.
It manages OptiScaler stable, beta, and nightly channels alongside components such as Fakenvapi, DLSSG-to-FSR3, FSR 4 DLL swap, OptiPatcher, and DLSS Enabler, with per-game upscaler, quality, frame generation, and spoofing settings. It is not an official OptiScaler project and is for use at own risk; on Linux automatic scanning is limited to Steam and Heroic.
Key features
- Scans Steam, Epic, GOG, EA, Ubisoft, Battle.net, Heroic, and Xbox libraries in parallel
- Adds games from custom folders or by selecting an executable directly
- Installs and uninstalls per game with backup and restore of original files
- Runs bulk installs across multiple games with platform filtering and profiles
- Manages OptiScaler channels, Fakenvapi, DLSSG-to-FSR3, FSR 4 DLL, and OptiPatcher
- Overrides upscaler type, quality level, frame generation, and spoofing per game
- Covers multiple store libraries plus custom folders and manual executable addition
- Backs up original game files before installation and restores them on uninstall
- Fetches cover art with local caching and supports stable, beta, and nightly channels
- Not an official OptiScaler project and use is at own risk
- On Linux only Steam and Heroic libraries are scanned automatically
- DLSS Enabler is downloaded from an unofficial mirror because official builds are Nexus Mods-only
