Steam Art Manager is an open-source desktop utility for changing and organizing the custom artwork in a Steam library. It lets you edit art for individual games, browse images from SteamGridDB, upload your own image files, and import or export your artwork collection as a zip file.
It also clears out unused "dead" grid images that accumulate when Steam changes the app ID of non-Steam games, and can update the icons used in start menu or desktop shortcuts.
