Mod Menu
Mod Menu displays installed mods and can open their configuration screens when supported; it also supports multiple loaders.

About Mod Menu
Mod Menu is an open source menu for Minecraft mods. It lists the mods installed in a game and, when a mod supports it, opens that mod's configuration screen from the menu. It also supports translated mod names and descriptions, filtering of library mods, and a mod update checker.
The project currently supports Fabric or Quilt on Minecraft: Java Edition 1.14 or newer. Its update checker works for mods hosted on Modrinth or for mods that provide their own update sources. Mod authors can add metadata and translation keys to control how their mod appears in the menu, including badges. Only the library and deprecated badges are recognized, and custom badges are not supported.
