Periodic Table App lets users search chemical elements and view properties in an interactive periodic table.
MolView
MolView lets users search chemical compounds and access molecular viewing and chemistry information.

About MolView
MolView is a web-based viewer for chemical and structural records. Users can search compound, protein, crystal and spectral databases and view records as 2D structural formulas and 3D models using WebGL and HTML5.
It includes a structural formula editor that converts 2D drawings to 3D, representation styles, measurement tools, chemical data displays, and export for images, MOL files and spectral data. The new version focuses on small molecules, while protein viewing and Jmol-based calculations remain in the older version, which receives only critical bug fixes.
Key features
- Search compound, protein, crystal and spectral databases
- Draw structural formulas and convert 2D to 3D
- View 3D models in Ball and Stick, Stick and Wireframe
- Measure distance, angle and torsion in models
- Export structural formula image, 3D image and MOL file
- Advanced search by similarity, substructure and superstructure
- Combines 2D structural editor with 3D viewer in one web page
- Accesses compound, protein, crystal and spectral databases
- Provides export for structure images, MOL files and spectral data
- New version focuses on small molecules; protein viewing stays in old app
- Old app is deprecated and receives only critical bug fixes
