About Pycaret

PyCaret is an open-source, self-hosted low-code AutoML platform built for Python. The current 4.0 release features a scikit-learn 1.7-based native engine paired with a React-based web control plane and user interface, all packaged to simplify machine learning workflow management without manual YAML configuration. It is designed for users who want to build, deploy, and monitor ML models with minimal coding.

The platform can be deployed locally in approximately 5 minutes using Docker Compose, with no dependencies beyond Docker Desktop or Docker Engine. It includes core ML lifecycle tools such as experiment tracking, model registry, deployment management, drift monitoring, and LLM-powered advisory copilots. Its default compact two-container architecture works for personal laptop use or small-team production deployments, and is built to scale to separate containers and external services as requirements grow.
