About RDAP

RDAP.org provides a web tool for looking up domain, IP, autonomous system, and entity records using RDAP. Queries are sent directly from the browser to the relevant registry's RDAP server over HTTPS, so only that registry sees the query unless the referral option is enabled, in which case the sponsoring registrar may also see it.

All generic TLDs support RDAP, but only a few ccTLDs have deployed it so far. Queries for ICANN-accredited registrars are sent to the registrars.rdap.org server because there is currently no bootstrap registry for them.
