No. Only wiki.gg wikis are added. For independent wikis, the source recommends using the Indie Wiki Buddy extension alongside wiki.gg Redirect.
Why is search rewriting not working in Opera?
You need to go to the browser's extensions panel and tick "Allow access to search page results" next to wiki.gg Redirect.
Why is the Edge version older than other versions?
