About BioGRID ORCS
BioGRID ORCS is an open repository of CRISPR screen records compiled through curation of published literature. Its homepage states that the current index (version 2.0.18) covers 418 publications and 94,219 genes, returning 2,217 CRISPR screens from 5 model organism species, 825 cell lines, and 145 cell types. Users can search the index and download the screen data in several standardized formats.
The data are also available through the BioGRID ORCS REST web service over HTTPS, which can be used programmatically or in a browser.
