dart-nostr is an open-source Flutter library that implements the Nostr protocol in Dart. It covers key generation and import, event creation and signing, serialization for relays, and subscription requests built from filters, and it lists support for a long set of NIPs, from NIP-01 basic protocol flow through NIP-98 HTTP Auth. The repository also includes an example directory and references Dispute, a basic Nostr client written in Flutter with the library.
Several NIPs are only partly covered. NIP-46 provides the kind 24133 event envelope but no bunker:// or nostrconnect:// URI parsing and no JSON-RPC method encoders; NIP-47 provides kind 13194/2319x event envelopes without wallet-connect URI parsing or JSON-RPC encoders; and NIP-51 helpers exist only for kinds 10000, 10001, 30000 and 30001, with other list kinds to be built by hand. The project is licensed LGPL-3.0.
