About EASY
EASY was a web-based open research dataset repository operated by DANS for the Netherlands research community. It ceased public access on 2 December 2024. Nearly all datasets previously deposited in EASY were migrated to domain-specific DANS Data Stations covering archaeology, social sciences and humanities, life sciences, and physical and technical sciences. A small number of remaining dataset migrations were still being finalized as of the closure announcement, and users are directed to the DANS Data Stations platform for data deposit and access.
