The 2024 cross-section, collected between April and December 2024 using a multi-mode design, includes historically repeated measures and new questions on digital societies, national identity and citizenship, and mental health stigma.
Users can obtain the 2024 cross-sectional data and the cumulative cross-sectional file in SAS, Stata, and SPSS formats. The GSS Data Explorer allows users to find and analyze data, save datasets, and generate custom extracts for analysis in their own statistical programs.
