About LightHouse
Lighthouse analyzes web apps and web pages, collecting performance metrics and insights on developer best practices. It runs from the Lighthouse panel in Chrome DevTools, as a Chrome extension, through the Node CLI, and as a Node module, with reports written to HTML by default and viewable in an online viewer.
The Node CLI supports configuration and automated runs but requires Node 22 or later. Custom Chrome runs require Chromium 66.0 or later when specifying a binary.
