Simple app to automatically switch scenes in OBS based on the current bitrate fetched from the ingest stats page.

About nginx-obs-automatic-low-bitrate-switching
NOALBS is an open-source desktop app for Windows, Mac and Linux that automatically switches scenes in OBS Studio or OBS.Live. It reads the current bitrate from an ingest server's stats and switches scenes when the bitrate drops low or when the source disconnects completely from the ingest server. The project describes it as a do-it-yourself tool. It supports several ingest protocols, including RTMP, SRT, SRTLA and RIST.
Setup is manual. The Quick Start requires downloading the latest release, enabling OBS WebSocket (version 5.x or later) in OBS, and editing a config.json file. Chat commands can be enabled for Twitch or Kick chat, with permissions set for admins, mods and public users. The project also lists a NOALBS Cloud alpha that is available for Twitch only. The author offers paid setup help through Discord, which is separate from the free project.
