OrtholugeDB
OrtholugeDB provides orthology predictions for sequenced bacterial and archaeal genomes, using Ortholuge and reciprocal best-hit methods.

About OrtholugeDB
OrtholugeDB contains orthology predictions for completely sequenced bacterial and archaeal genomes. It includes Ortholuge-based predictions, reciprocal best-hit-based predictions, in-paralog predictions for recently duplicated genes, and proposed ortholog groups. The current version is Release 2.1.
Users can compare presence or absence of orthologs across multiple genomes from a reference genome, obtain orthologs between two genomes with optional unique-gene results and local gene context, or retrieve orthologs for a single gene by ID or name with strain filtering.
