About Rikkahub

RikkaHub is an open-source, native Android chat client for working with large language models. It supports switching between multiple LLM providers, including custom API endpoints, URLs and models, as well as services compatible with the OpenAI, Google and Anthropic APIs. Conversations can include image, text document, PDF and Docx input, and the app adds MCP support, Markdown rendering with code highlighting, LaTeX, tables and Mermaid, message branching, configurable agents, a memory feature, AI translation and optional search providers such as Exa, Tavily, Zhipu, LinkUp, Brave and Perplexity. A browser-based interface is also available for multi-platform use.

Other capabilities include importing Silly Tavern character cards, exporting and importing provider settings by QR code, prompt variables, custom HTTP headers and request bodies, and a proot-based Linux agent workspace. The app is distributed through its website and Google Play. The project warns that many forked versions exist and that issues with forks are unrelated to RikkaHub; forks may request excessive permissions or expose privacy risks. The source code is licensed under AGPL-3.0 and the project does not accept pull requests.
