Shizuku Fork
Access Android system APIs from regular applications through this Shizuku fork using adb or root privileges.

About Shizuku Fork
Shizuku Fork is a fork of the Shizuku Android app that lets ordinary apps use system-level APIs which normally require ADB or root privileges, by running a Java process started with app_process. Builds are distributed through GitHub Releases, and the API guide and a demo project live in the separate Shizuku-API repository. The maintainer states that maintenance is currently paused.
Key features
- Lets normal apps call system APIs requiring ADB or root privileges
- TCP mode allows restarting Shizuku over Wi-Fi after a reboot
- Watchdog service restarts Shizuku if it stops unexpectedly
- Start/stop intents for automation apps such as Tasker, MacroDroid, Automate
- Beta stealth mode hides Shizuku from apps that break when installed
- Android/Google TV and VR headset UI support, including D-Pad remotes
- Adds features over the original Shizuku, including start on boot, TCP mode, watchdog, and automation intents
- Open source with reproducible builds, no tracking, no telemetry, and no Google Play Services
- Supports multiple start modes and Android/Google TV plus VR headset interfaces
- Maintainer has paused maintenance for the project
- Start on boot works only in Wireless Debugging or Root mode
- Wireless Debugging mode requires Android 11+; stealth mode and in-app updates are marked beta
