About Surge XT
Surge XT is a hybrid synthesizer for creating electronic sounds. Each patch contains two scenes that can be used for layered or split patches, with three oscillators per scene and two filter units.
It includes factory patches and wavetables, modulation tools such as LFOs and envelope generators, and effects. It supports MPE, microtuning through Scala and MTS-ESP, and Open Sound Control. Downloads for other platforms and installers are listed on the site.
