Suri
Suri creates short links as a static site that can be deployed to services such as Vercel or Netlify without a database.

About Suri
Suri generates a static site for self-hosted short links from a links.json file, without server-side hosting, serverless functions, or a database. Links are defined as path-to-URL pairs, built to a build directory with the suri executable using npm run build, and can be deployed to Vercel, Netlify, GitHub Pages, Render, and DigitalOcean, or with Docker and Node.js for other setups.
It redirects with a refresh by default, with an option to use JavaScript instead, and does not use 3xx server redirects. Changing links requires editing links.json and rebuilding and redeploying the site, which is automated on many supported platforms.
