About dna-claude-analysis
dna-claude-analysis is an open-source repository of Python scripts for examining exported raw DNA files through dialogue with Claude Code. Users place a raw data file from services such as 23andMe, AncestryDNA, MyHeritage or Nebula in the data/ folder and ask Claude to run analyses.
It includes 17 scripts covering health, ancestry, nutrition, carrier status, sleep and other traits. The scripts produce markdown reports that can be combined into a local dna_terminal.html webpage, and users can ask follow-up questions about specific variants.
