DSPR
The Drosophila Synthetic Population Resource provides a population resource for genetic analysis of complex traits.

About DSPR
DSPR (Drosophila Synthetic Population Resource) is a community resource for genetic analysis of complex traits in Drosophila melanogaster. It provides over 1,700 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) from two highly recombined synthetic populations, each built from a different set of eight inbred founder lines, with one founder line common to both. Complete genome sequence data for the founder lines and high-resolution genetic maps for each RIL are available. The site documents the resource, its analytical machinery, and how to obtain RILs or genomic data, and is intended for use by the Drosophila research community.
Key features
- Over 1,700 Drosophila melanogaster recombinant inbred lines (RILs) for QTL mapping
