About MusicBrainz Picard

MusicBrainz Picard is a cross-platform music tagger that uses the MusicBrainz database to identify releases and edit file tags. It can identify files from audio content with AcoustID when metadata is missing, and can look up entire music CDs.

It renames music files and sorts them into a folder structure, finds and downloads cover art, and allows custom file naming and tag formats through scripting and plugins. It supports MP3, FLAC, OGG, M4A, WMA, WAV and more, and is licensed under GPL 2.0 or later.
